Cisco has launched its new Cisco Partner Program after fifteen months of co-design with global partners. The initiative aims to strengthen collaboration and help partners meet customer needs in the fast-evolving AI landscape.

The new Cisco Partner Program is designed for developers, consultants, managed services providers, resellers, and other business models. It focuses on enabling partners to deliver better customer outcomes in AI-ready data centers, future-proof workplaces, and digital resilience.

At the same time, Cisco is improving how it supports its partner ecosystem. The company is also simplifying how partners engage with customers across its portfolio. These include Security, Networking, Collaboration, Services, Splunk, and Cloud and AI Infrastructure.

In addition, Cisco has introduced a new Partner Locator tool. This allows customers to search for the right partner based on specific expertise and technology needs.

“With our partners, we’ve strengthened what is already a world-class ecosystem to deliver even greater value and help our mutual customers connect, protect and thrive,” said Tim Coogan, Senior Vice President of Global Partner Sales at Cisco.

Meanwhile, partners say the program helps them differentiate through expertise. “The Cisco Partner Program helps us differentiate based on the value we bring to customers,” said Nicko Roussos, Senior Vice President at TD Synnex.

According to Cisco’s AI Readiness Index, AI readiness is becoming a competitive advantage for enterprises. Therefore, expert partners play a key role in delivering infrastructure, services, and AI-native capabilities.

The Cisco Partner Program is designed to offer clearer structures and more predictable profitability. It aims to reward partners for value creation across the entire customer lifecycle. As a result, partners can deliver secure and agile solutions that support long-term transformation.

Moreover, Cisco has introduced new partner designations. All participants are recognized as registered Cisco Partners. Cisco Portfolio Partners demonstrate proven technical and sales expertise. Cisco Preferred Partners provide advanced skills and end-to-end solution capabilities.

To further support partners, Cisco has launched the Cisco Partner Incentive. The CPI streamlines previous program elements. It offers clearer earning potential and aligns sales strategies with Cisco’s roadmap. Temporary CPI bonuses, focused on One Cisco and Secure AI Infrastructure, will run until July 2026.

In parallel, Cisco is expanding its Partner Value Index framework. New indexes will support developers, advisors, distributors, and mass-scale infrastructure providers. These include tailored learning paths to improve profitability.

The company has also introduced a new Distributor Development Fund. This fund focuses on partner growth, alignment, and enablement. It aims to strengthen collaboration between Cisco and distributors.

Additionally, Cisco has enhanced its AI Assistant for the Partner Experience Platform. The updated tool helps partners work more efficiently and focus on delivering customer value.

“Elisabeth De Dobbeleer, Senior Vice President, Cisco Partner Program, said the initiative was designed to foster collective success and enable partners to scale with confidence.”

Kevin Brown, Vice President at Insight, said the program supports meaningful customer outcomes and accelerates digital transformation. Lane Irvine of Long View Systems highlighted early benefits from the Cisco Partner Incentive Estimator for planning. Alex Schank of Pomeroy Technologies noted that partner feedback was actively considered. Anurag Agrawal of Techaisle described the program as a bridge to a high-value, outcome-based, and AI-ready partner model.

More information is available through Cisco’s official program overview and website. Customers can also use the Partner Tool locator to connect with certified providers.

Overall, the Cisco Partner Program reflects the company’s strategy to strengthen its global ecosystem, support AI-driven transformation, and enable partners to deliver secure, scalable, and future-ready solutions through the evolving Cisco Partner Program.
