The Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) has announced that applications are now open for the second cycle of its “Future of AI in Government Services Accelerator” program. The initiative invites local and international tech innovators and AI companies to collaborate with government entities on AI solutions to enhance public services across Dubai.

Launched by DCAI in partnership with Dubai Future Accelerators, an initiative of the Dubai Future Foundation, the program aims to attract groundbreaking ideas that address current and future challenges in government services. It aligns with the ‘Dubai Universal Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence’, reinforcing Dubai’s ambition to become the world’s largest hub for AI-driven innovation across key sectors.

Through this cycle, participating companies will work alongside more than 20 government entities. They will focus on four priority areas:

  • Refining existing services with AI to improve personalisation and efficiency.
  • Creating new services to address previously unsolved challenges.
  • Boosting operational efficiency by embedding AI into processes.
  • Enhancing accessibility to make services available to all.

Officials revealed that participants will collaborate directly with experts, access senior decision-makers, and have opportunities to scale their solutions. The program requires no equity stake, ensuring companies retain full ownership of their innovations. It also offers fully sponsored accommodation and travel for the eight-week duration in Dubai.

Registration is open until 28 August 2025. Selected companies will join the on-site program from 6 October to 28 November 2025.

Saeed Al Falasi, Executive Director of DCAI, said the program was launched under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to position Dubai among the leading global cities for deploying AI in public services.

The first cycle attracted 615 AI companies from 55 countries. A total of 183 AI use cases were defined, with 75 piloted, underscoring Dubai’s leadership in transforming government services through AI.
