Dubai Chambers has announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with e& UAE, the flagship telecom arm of global technology group e&, to enhance cooperation in delivering value-added communications services. The partnership aims to support the growth of Dubai’s business community, advance shared objectives, and strengthen the competitiveness of the emirate’s private sector.

The MoU will expand collaboration to ensure seamless access to telecom services. It will also help develop customised packages designed to meet the needs of small businesses and startups.

Khalid AlJarwan, Executive Vice President of Commercial and Corporate Services at Dubai Chambers, stated that the partnership reflects a commitment to strengthening Dubai’s business environment. He said smart communication solutions are now essential for improving efficiency, driving sustainable innovation, and enabling small companies and startups to leverage Dubai’s advanced digital infrastructure.

Esam Mahmoud, Senior Vice President of SMB at e& UAE, said the collaboration supports small and emerging businesses in accelerating digital transformation. He added that integrated communication solutions would help entrepreneurs scale their operations, enhance efficiency, and contribute to Dubai’s position as a global hub for business and future technologies.
