e& AI is transforming the company’s workforce using Oracle Cloud HCM to prepare employees for the AI economy. The company is deploying embedded AI, generative AI, and AI agents on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Dedicated Region. This is a first for the UAE and ensures compliance with national data-sovereignty requirements.

e& serves customers in 38 countries across the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Europe. It offers digital services including advanced connectivity, entertainment, streaming, financial services, AI-powered solutions, cloud computing, ICT, cybersecurity, and IoT platforms.

The company is equipping its 10,000-strong workforce with Oracle Cloud HCM. Marwan Bin Shakar, Chief Technology Officer at e& UAE, said the platform modernises the employee experience. “Oracle Cloud HCM embeds AI across people processes,” he said. “It enhances talent development and delivers personalised experiences on a secure, local OCI Dedicated Region.”

Ali Al Mansoori, Group Chief People Officer at e&, explained that the platform standardises HR processes, improves workforce visibility, and provides AI-driven insights for smarter talent decisions. Routine tasks such as interview scheduling, candidate screening, and follow-up communications are now automated. This speeds up hiring and reduces recruitment costs. Advanced AI algorithms also match candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and predicted fit.

Looking ahead, e& will deploy AI-powered digital assistants to improve candidate engagement. These assistants provide 24/7 conversational experiences via text, chat, and voice interfaces. Features like the Learning and Training Advisor Agent, Oracle Grow, and Oracle Dynamic Skills help employees discover learning opportunities, set goals, and enhance performance. Managers can conduct more effective reviews using these tools.
