Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has announced five new features for Expand North Star 2025. The event, organised by Dubai World Trade Centre, will take place at Dubai Harbour from 12-15 October 2025. It marks the 10th anniversary of the world’s largest startup and investor gathering and is expected to be its most ambitious edition.

The new features are ScaleX, Consumer Tech Zone, North Star Green Impact, Deeptech MEA Summit, and Digital Assets Forum. These additions will enhance the Expand North Star ecosystem and create more opportunities for startups, investors, and innovators.

  • ScaleX will spotlight 100 of the world’s fastest-growing tech companies and help them expand into the Middle East and beyond.
  • Consumer Tech Zone will showcase AR/VR hardware, smart health devices, lifestyle tech, and connected products.
  • North Star Green Impact will focus on climate-tech, clean energy, water tech, and sustainable mobility, connecting founders with impact investors.

Dubai Chamber revealed that the Deeptech MEA Summit will bring together researchers, entrepreneurs, and government leaders to explore AI, quantum computing, and robotics. The Digital Assets Forum will examine tokenised assets, central bank digital currencies, and AI-powered risk management, reshaping the financial sector’s future.

Signature programmes will return, including the Supernova Challenge 2.0 with a US$ 200,000 prize pool, Corporate Arena, and Tech Transfer Innovation Forum. Marketing Mania will explore AI-driven MarTech, while YouthX Unipreneur and Emaratipreneur platforms will support young entrepreneurs.

Networking opportunities will continue after sessions with North Star by Night, a series of evening mixers and events. Dubai Chamber confirmed that these additions align with the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) and its goal to position Dubai as a leading global hub for innovation and technology.
