flydubai has announced the selection of ZestIoT to deploy its Turnaround Management Platform at Dubai International Airport (DXB) and across its expanding network.

The Dubai-based airline revealed that the platform will digitize turnaround operations and provide real-time visibility. In addition, it will enable AI-driven and prediction-based collaboration. As a result, flydubai aims to support smarter and more efficient decision-making. The solution is designed to improve operational execution and predictability, helping deliver on-time departures and enhance the passenger experience.

According to flydubai, the deployment aligns with its ongoing focus on innovation and improving the overall customer travel experience.

Mohamed Hassan, Senior Vice President of Airport Services & Cargo at flydubai, said that as operations continue to expand, real-time visibility and optimized performance are essential. He added that adopting advanced digital solutions will build on the partnership with ZestIoT and further improve operational efficiency while supporting connectivity across the airline’s network.

Currently, flydubai operates a network of more than 135 destinations across 58 countries. The airline is served by a fleet of 97 Boeing 737 aircraft. At DXB, flydubai operates an average of 370 flights per day, supporting Dubai’s role as a major global aviation hub.

Amit Sukhija, Chief Executive Officer at ZestIoT, reported that the collaboration represents a significant step in adopting advanced turnaround management technology. He noted that the decision highlights the importance of AI- and prediction-driven exceptions management, combined with real-time collaboration to manage daily airline operations.

ZestIoT revealed that its multi-source data orchestration and AI agent platform will support workforce empowerment, improve collaboration, enable informed decision-making, and deliver measurable operational impact.
