HP Inc. announced new HP AI technologies at CES 2026 designed to boost personal fulfilment and business productivity. With only 20% of knowledge workers having a healthy relationship with work, HP reported that the right AI tools and technology can more than double this likelihood, and employee-focused investments can increase it five-fold.

The company revealed several innovations designed for the future of work:

  • The HP EliteBoard G1a, the world’s first full AI PC built into a keyboard, and the HP EliteBook X G2 Series, premium business laptops built for the AI era, both recognized as CES 2026 Innovation Award Honorees.
  • HP updated its consumer OmniBook portfolio with the HP OmniBook Ultra 14 and HP OmniStudioX. It also introduced Microsoft 365 Copilot integration into HP Office Print devices, enabling AI-powered document summarization, translation, and smart organization.
  • HP highlighted enhancements to its Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) for hybrid work, alongside ergonomic and sustainable peripherals such as the HP Tilt Ergonomic Mouse 720M, USB-C HP 65W GaN Wall Charger, and HP Protective Series laptop sleeves.

HP also revealed the HyperX OMEN MAX 16 gaming laptop and the HP Digital Passport, giving users access to PC features, sustainability information, and support options.

Applications for HP’s Future of Work Accelerator 2026 will open January 12 and close February 6. The program provides $100,000 in funding, $100,000 in HP hardware, and six months of training and mentorship to nonprofits and for-profits, focusing on AI and workforce development.
