At Labelexpo Europe 2025, HP announced its most advanced labels and packaging portfolio. The company revealed the global debut of the HP Indigo 6K+ Digital Press, alongside the HP Indigo V12 with LEPx technology, and the HP Indigo 200K for flexible packaging and labels.

HP reported that Labelexpo marks a major milestone, as the company celebrates over 3,000 digital press installations worldwide. The milestone includes Dublin-based converter Watershed, which received the 3,000th press, an HP Indigo 6K+.

The announcements come amid rising costs, labor shortages, and sustainability demands across the label and packaging industry. HP’s VP & GM Noam Zilbershtain emphasized that HP Indigo leads the sector with nonstop digital printing, intelligent automation, and AI-powered solutions.

  • The HP Indigo V12 enables on-demand, high-speed label production at 120 meters per minute. It supports multi-SKU jobs and faster turnarounds, helping converters reduce labor and waste.
  • The HP Indigo 6K+ introduces the new SmartControlSystem, enhancing uptime, diagnostics, and serviceability. It supports the widest media range and the industry’s broadest portfolio of special inks.
  • The HP Indigo 200K, with over 400 installations globally, completes HP’s flexible packaging portfolio and supports mid-web applications such as large labels and shrink sleeves.

HP also expanded its inline primer portfolio through collaborations with Actega, Sun Chemical, and Michelman, offering converters more versatility and competitiveness.

In line with sustainability goals, HP showcased its low-impact booth at Labelexpo Europe 2025. The booth is fully reusable, locally sourced, and uses signage printed with HP Latex technology on recyclable materials.

Visitors can experience live demos at Hall 5, Booths E25 & D21, including nonstop digital printing with HP Indigo 6K+, the V12 press, and the AI-powered HP PrintOS ecosystem.
