LG Electronics announced its latest home audio innovation, LG Sound Suite, at CES 2026. The company revealed the new system as a flexible solution designed to transform home entertainment experiences.

At the center of the LG Sound Suite is the H7 soundbar. It is reported to be the world’s first soundbar featuring Dolby Atmos FlexConnect. The technology delivers immersive Dolby Atmos sound that adapts to different room layouts without complex setup. Notably, the H7 soundbar works with any TV, offering users greater flexibility.

LG Sound Suite allows users to customize their audio setup using five additional components. These include the M7 and M5 wireless surround speakers and the W7 subwoofer. As a result, users can create up to 27 different configurations. Setups range from a simple two-speaker system to a powerful 13.1.7-channel home theater for a full cinematic experience.

According to LG, Dolby Atmos FlexConnect provides an easy and adaptable way to experience immersive sound. It delivers enhanced audio for movies, music, sports, and gaming. The system intelligently tunes sound based on the listening environment, making setup simpler and more flexible.

As streaming replaces physical media, audio is regaining importance in home entertainment. Leading platforms now deliver content in Dolby Atmos and advanced audio formats. Consequently, demand for immersive home theater sound continues to rise. LG Sound Suite is positioned to address this shift by combining performance with ease of use.

LG Electronics has also introduced advanced features to enhance personalization:

• Sound Follow uses ultra-wideband technology to adjust the listening sweet spot based on the user’s location
• Room Calibration Pro analyzes room acoustics and applies AI processing for balanced sound

Powering the H7 soundbar is LG’s Alpha 11 AI Processor Gen 3. The same processor is used in LG’s flagship OLED TVs. It uses deep learning and a neural processing unit to deliver precise audio performance. With AI Sound Pro+, stereo sound can be up-mixed into spatial audio, while AI-driven object separation improves clarity for voices, music, and effects.

Every LG Sound Suite component features Peerless speaker units. The brand is known for over a century of high-performance audio craftsmanship. LG reported that combining Peerless speakers with Dolby Atmos FlexConnect marks a new era of immersive home audio.

LG Electronics stated that the collaboration with Dolby focuses on making immersive audio more flexible for every home. Dolby also reported that FlexConnect eliminates the complexity of traditional surround sound systems while maintaining high performance.

LG Sound Suite will be showcased during CES 2026 from January 6 to 9 at LG’s booth. The company announced that more updates on its latest home entertainment innovations will be available through the LG Newsroom.
