ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corporation, announced the expansion of its CloudSpend FinOps platform by introducing a new multi-portal architecture for managed service providers, cloud service providers, and multi-tenant enterprises. The company revealed that the upgrade delivers a unified and secure environment designed to streamline cloud cost management at scale.

The platform now offers a centralized interface that brings together unified cost visibility, secured segmentation, and contextual governance. This enhancement addresses the rising challenge of cloud financial management as organizations accelerate cloud adoption.

Analysts reported that cloud complexity is growing rapidly. Gartner projected global end-user spending on public cloud services to reach $723.4 billion in 2025. This trend underscores the urgent need for stronger financial controls and scalable FinOps practices.

Srinivasa Raghavan, director of product management at ManageEngine, said service providers struggle to balance visibility and isolation. He noted that each client demands transparency, while MSPs and CSPs must ensure governance and compliance. He added that large multi-tenant enterprises face similar challenges in managing several business units securely under one environment.

Raghavan stated that the new multi-portal architecture bridges this gap by unifying visibility across tenants while enforcing strict data isolation and automated cost policies. He said the capability helps organizations manage cloud costs securely and efficiently, boost profitability, and maintain compliance.

ManageEngine reported that multi-tenant environments often lead to fragmented reports, manual billing, and compliance risks. To address these issues, CloudSpend now includes several new capabilities built for secure, scalable, and efficient multi-tenant cost management.

Key capabilities include:

  • Dedicated portals with unified governance to maintain data boundaries while offering independent budgets, alerts, and workflows.
  • Intelligent cost saving recommendations that identify underused resources, suggest rightsizing, and highlight savings opportunities.
  • Simplified multi-portal management with white labeling, automated billing, and branded reporting for consistent customer experiences.

Additionally, the platform provides AI-driven anomaly detection and forecasting. Users can analyze historical data to predict spending trends, detect anomalies in real time, and improve budgeting accuracy.

The company reported that this enhancement marks a major milestone in CloudSpend’s growth as a next-generation FinOps platform. ManageEngine stated that it will continue to evolve the solution to strengthen governance, improve operational efficiency, and support more data-driven financial practices for enterprises and service providers.
