The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) announced it completed more than 18 million smart transactions for customers in the first half of 2025. The figure highlights the ministry’s digital readiness and advances in smart services.

Statistics revealed growing demand for MoHRE’s smart services, showcasing their efficiency, reliability, and ability to meet the evolving needs of the UAE labour market amid economic growth.

The ministry reported that its smart services integrate artificial intelligence (AI) across operations. AI-based initiatives support modern business models while ensuring advanced accuracy and reliability.

MoHRE stated these achievements align with the UAE’s “We the UAE 2031” vision and its goals for digital transformation. They also support the Zero Government Bureaucracy programme and the UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence.

The ministry has launched over 100 smart services via its website and mobile application. Users benefit from instant services, reduced documentation, and multiple digital options for interaction.
