Nutanix BPS partnership has been launched to expand Managed Service Provider (MSP) business across the Middle East and Egypt, as Nutanix appointed BPS as its first regional MSP aggregator. The move strengthens Nutanix’s partner-first strategy and reinforces its commitment to building a customer-focused ecosystem in the region.

Through the partnership, BPS will help MSPs scale faster and simplify onboarding. In addition, it will enable delivery of Nutanix solutions through flexible, consumption-based models. As a result, customers gain easier access to trusted local MSPs and more consistent service quality. They also benefit from solutions designed to meet evolving business needs.

By combining Nutanix’s cloud platform with BPS’s regional reach, the collaboration supports partner growth and customer modernization. Consequently, organizations can optimize costs and accelerate digital transformation. At the same time, the partnership addresses rising demand for flexible and locally controlled cloud services.

Service providers are increasingly positioned to lead the next phase of cloud adoption. Meanwhile, organizations are reassessing where and how their data is stored. They are balancing performance, cost, compliance, and data sovereignty. Therefore, local control, transparency, and architectural flexibility are becoming more critical. MSPs are playing a growing role in helping customers manage complexity and uncertainty.

In response to these trends, Nutanix has introduced a purpose-built MSP program. The initiative is designed to support service providers and their customers over the long term. It aligns Nutanix’s product innovation with market demand, including support for external storage, Kubernetes, and emerging AI workloads. Moreover, it offers the flexibility MSPs need in both consumption and service delivery models.

Through its agreement with BPS, Nutanix aims to deliver these capabilities to MSPs more quickly. This approach enables partners to respond faster to customer requirements. It also supports Nutanix’s expansion of its MSP footprint across the Middle East and Africa. The company’s ecosystem already includes more than 400 MSPs worldwide.

Shaista Ahmed, Director – Channel & Ecosystem, Middle East & Africa at Nutanix, said the partnership represents a strategic evolution in engaging with MSPs. She added that leveraging BPS’s reach and expertise will help access and nurture the MSP market while creating new growth opportunities. According to her, the collaboration will accelerate adoption of Nutanix’s portfolio and provide dedicated partner support, enabling a more focused and sustainable approach to this market segment.

Negib Abouhabib, General Manager at BPS, described the appointment as a significant milestone. He said the partnership brings Nutanix’s cloud platform closer to regional service providers through faster onboarding and simplified consumption models. He added that the joint effort will strengthen go-to-market execution and help MSPs deliver consistent, high-value services. Ultimately, the Nutanix BPS collaboration is intended to support customers in modernizing IT environments with confidence.
