Nutanix (NASDAQ: NTNX) has announced new platform and program enhancements for its service provider partners. The update focuses on the Nutanix Elevate Service Provider Program and introduces multitenant cloud capabilities through the new Service Provider Central initiative.

Nutanix said the enhancements aim to help partners scale operations and differentiate their services. The company also emphasized the importance of enabling flexible cloud adoption for customers.

“Service providers are at the heart of helping customers modernize and adopt cloud operating models on their terms,” said Tarkan Maner, President and Chief Commercial Officer at Nutanix. He added that the Nutanix Cloud Platform and Elevate Program will deliver multitenant capabilities, flexible licensing, and go-to-market support.

Moreover, the new Service Provider Central solution is designed to support multitenancy using the Nutanix Cloud Platform. It will be available in the second half of 2026. The solution aims to address demand for enterprise-grade Infrastructure as a Service, especially among former VMware Cloud Service Provider partners.

In addition, Service Provider Central will offer a single pane of glass via Nutanix Central. This will allow providers to manage multiple tenants with automated workflows on shared infrastructure. At the same time, it ensures control and compliance.

Each tenant will have a private cloud environment with access to Nutanix Prism. They will also be able to manage compute, storage, networking, identity, and authorization independently. Meanwhile, service providers will retain centralized control and governance.

Furthermore, Nutanix introduced a new “Powered by Nutanix: Verified Solutions” program. This initiative enables service providers to gain official validation for offerings aligned with Nutanix best practices. As a result, customers can identify trusted and high-quality services more easily.

Initially, the program will cover private cloud services. It includes solution badges for Infrastructure as a Service, including Sovereign IaaS, and Disaster Recovery as a Service. Nutanix plans to expand verification to Desktop as a Service and cloud-native solutions in the future.

At the same time, Nutanix is offering onboarding incentives to accelerate transitions from VMware. Eligible providers can access Nutanix software at a nominal monthly cost during an initial promotional period. This applies to new three-year or longer subscriptions linked to VMware replacements. The approach helps reduce the burden of running both platforms during migration.

“Service providers are playing an increasingly critical role in helping organizations modernize and adopt flexible cloud operating models,” said Shaista Ahmed, Director of Channel and OEM Sales for the Middle East and Africa at Nutanix. She noted that the new capabilities will help providers scale efficiently and deliver differentiated services.

Overall, these updates highlight how Nutanix is strengthening its platform and partner ecosystem to support hybrid multicloud adoption and service provider growth with Nutanix.
