Presight, a global big data analytics company powered by AI, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Microsoft to support the Presight AI-Startup Accelerator. This UAE-based program helps AI startups gain a commercial edge, access advanced technology, and expand their networks across the UAE, the G42 ecosystem, and global markets. It also offers venture funding to accelerate growth and scalability.
As part of the collaboration, Microsoft will provide technical expertise, mentorship, and market acceleration through its Microsoft Founders Hub. Startups will benefit from high-performance computing, cloud services, and access to advanced AI models, including large language models (LLMs) and generative AI-powered analytics. They will also receive strategic insights and technical guidance from Microsoft’s extensive mentorship network.
Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight, said: “Microsoft and Presight share a passion for AI innovation and supporting the next wave of AI pioneers. Together, we will empower startups with the tools and opportunities they need to thrive.”
Naim Yazbeck, General Manager of Microsoft UAE, added: “We are excited to collaborate with Presight to drive AI adoption. Through the Microsoft Founders Hub, we will provide startups with the resources to innovate, scale, and deliver transformative solutions.”
The Presight AI-Startup Accelerator, launched at GITEX Global last year, focuses on startups with market-ready prototypes. The program helps them refine products, optimize go-to-market strategies, and integrate with Presight’s product pipeline. This gives startups unique opportunities for cross-selling, networking, and promotion.
Graduates of the program will become market-ready companies with proven product-market fit and sustainable business models. By combining Presight’s industry expertise with Microsoft’s technical resources, startups gain access to world-class AI infrastructure and commercialization opportunities.
This initiative builds on Microsoft’s $1.5 billion investment in G42 to advance AI innovation. As part of the G42 ecosystem, Presight already collaborates with Microsoft on several joint projects, strengthening their commitment to fostering AI innovation in the region.
