Presight, a global AI and big data analytics company, announced the signing of two Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with the Government of Azerbaijan. The agreements aim to support the country’s artificial intelligence ambitions in national strategy and education.

The MoUs were concluded during the state visit of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE. The signing took place in the presence of His Excellency Ilham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan.

His Excellency Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, Chairman of Presight, signed the agreements on behalf of Presight. His Excellency Rashad Nabiyev, Minister of Digital Development and Transport, and His Excellency Emin Amrullayev, Minister of Science and Education, signed on behalf of their Ministries.

The MoU with the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport will advance Azerbaijan’s AI Strategy 2025–2028. Under this agreement, Presight will:
• Provide AI strategy consulting and deploy advanced AI technologies.
• Support government digital transformation initiatives.
• Help foster AI talent, startups, and innovation programs.

The MoU with the Ministry of Science and Education focuses on AI in education. It aims to develop and deploy AI-powered educational solutions. This includes AI tutors for students and AI assistants for educators. It will also support the integration of Azerbaijani language models for education.

Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight, said the company is proud to partner with Azerbaijan. He emphasized that artificial intelligence is a catalyst for progress and innovation.

The MoUs reflect stronger UAE–Azerbaijan ties and build on the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) signed in July 2025. The CEPA supports collaboration across technology, innovation, and education. Both nations aim to use AI technology to drive national development, sustainable growth, and innovation.
