PUBG MOBILE Reveal Version 4.0 Update Features

PUBG MOBILE, one of the world’s most popular mobile games, has announced the release of its Version 4.0 Update. The update is available from today until November 4 and introduces new seasonal content, features, and collaborations.

The update revealed the Spooky Soiree themed mode across Erangel, Livik, and Rondo. Players can team up with Ghostie, a ghost companion visible only to its owner unless activated. Ghostie offers one main skill and two passive skills, with several options and upgrades available.

From September 4, new skills such as Floating Balloon, Guardian Shield, Boost, and Ghost Helm were added to maps. More skills, including Armorer, Scan, and Heal, will roll out across September. Eliminated players now return as Prankster Ghosts with abilities like Bomb, Scan, and Shield.

A Magic Broom vehicle has been revealed, allowing two players to fly, speed boost, and knock back enemies. Haunted Sight offers one-tap zoom, spooky animations, and themed voice lines. Wraithmoor Mansion also appears in Erangel and Livik with supernatural decor and hidden treasures.

Seasonal additions include the Moonlight Festival Checkpoint, featuring Mid-Autumn Mooncakes, and the Day of Gathering Checkpoint with themed treats from October 20 to November 2.

The World of Wonder 1.0 update has been launched, expanding creator tools and incentives with a $10 million prize pool. PUBG MOBILE also revealed a new WOW Pass with rewards and reinvestments into creator programs.

Metro Royale Chapter 28 has arrived with Metro Royale Solo mode, ghost crates, and a weekend market. All talents will unlock temporarily on weekends from September 13.

Classic Mode updates include a new Mortar weapon, Realistic Reloading, improved recoil, pistol animations, and interactive features in Erangel’s Lipovka.

PUBG MOBILE also announced new Home Mode styles, Treasure Hunt gameplay, and Parking Lot rankings. The update introduces smoother graphics, new badges, and reduced Training Camp entry requirements.

Cycle 9 Season 26 has been revealed with Firearm Combat Power objectives, global leaderboards, and Path of Glory rewards. Players can unlock titles, honors, and new animations.

A new asymmetrical mode, UNFAIL, was announced. It features one Predator against four Survivors in pursuit and escape gameplay.

PUBG MOBILE also confirmed a Kaiju No. 8 collaboration, adding character sets, weapons, vehicles, parachutes, and themed rewards from September 5 to 30.

Other highlights include the Crazy Chicken Day event with bonus rewards, Rank Rush benefits, and team-up missions offering additional prizes. PUBG MOBILE reported that six new collaborations are planned for upcoming months.
