Pure Storage has officially rebranded as Everpure, signaling a new era in storage and data management. The change reflects the company’s growing role in reshaping how enterprises handle data. Alongside the rebrand, Everpure announced it has entered a definitive agreement to acquire 1touch. The company specializes in data intelligence and orchestration, providing a unified view of enterprise information.

Charles Giancarlo, CEO of Everpure, said the rebrand captures the company’s evolution. “Everpure helps enterprises unleash the full power of their data. With 1touch, we enhance data control and deliver actionable intelligence,” he stated.

AI is increasingly central to business operations. Traditional infrastructures struggle with siloed data, manual processes, and limited scalability. Everpure aims to overcome these challenges with its Enterprise Data Cloud (EDC) architecture. The platform turns storage into a unified, intelligent cloud, simplifying global data management.

The acquisition of 1touch will strengthen Everpure’s capabilities. It adds data discovery, classification, and semantic context to the platform. Enterprises can transform raw data into insights faster and make AI-ready data available at the source. Ashish Gupta, CEO of 1touch, highlighted that this collaboration will remove barriers to realizing the full ROI of data.

Everpure will begin trading under its new name on the NYSE on March 5, 2026, keeping the ticker PSTG. The transaction is expected to close in Q2 FY27.

Industry leaders praised the move. Commvault, Nutanix, Veeam, and Wipro emphasized that Everpure supports secure, AI-ready, and resilient enterprise data management. They noted the platform helps enterprises modernize storage and unlock actionable intelligence efficiently.
