Red Sea Global (RSG) has selected Oracle to transform how it manages some of the world’s most ambitious hospitality destinations. The move will leverage Oracle Aconex Cloud and Oracle Primavera P6 to unite more than 23,000 users, from executives to field engineers. This will give global stakeholders the visibility needed to streamline and accelerate project collaboration and delivery.

“Red Sea Global is setting a new benchmark for digital transformation in large-scale hospitality destination projects,” said Mark Webster, senior vice president and general manager, Oracle Infrastructure Industries. By integrating project budgets, schedules, and workflows, RSG will achieve greater consistency, real-time visibility, and efficiency across its global operations. This unified approach can enable rapid, informed decision-making to support better project outcomes.

As operations scaled, RSG’s fragmented, siloed systems could not keep pace with geographically dispersed teams. This created inefficiencies that threatened project timelines. With Oracle Aconex Cloud, RSG’s global design and engineering teams will access real-time project data, making collaboration easier and keeping projects on track.

RSG will implement all Aconex modules, including Connected Cost and Model Coordination capabilities, to manage comments and conduct design and review processes. Custom workflow automation will integrate document approvals, cost controls, and project correspondence.

Oracle Primavera P6 will further centralize project scheduling and resource management, helping to minimize risks and support on-time delivery. Additionally, Aconex Cloud and Primavera P6 will provide advanced reporting, analytics, and real-time insights. This unified approach will enable faster, informed decision-making and strengthen RSG’s commitment to delivering visionary destinations.
