Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has expanded its partnership with Tabby, the leading instalment payment platform, making it available across all its digital channels. Users can now access Tabby on RTA’s website, RTA app, nol Pay app, and smart kiosks, significantly enhancing convenience for residents. Previously, this service was only accessible through smart kiosks.
With this expansion, customers can now split payments into up to four instalments for 170 services, including vehicle and driving licence renewals, traffic fines, and purchasing vehicle number plates. This move underscores RTA’s commitment to customer satisfaction and financial flexibility.
The initiative aligns with Dubai’s Cashless Strategy and the leadership’s vision of a fully digital government, promoting seamless transactions and increasing digital adoption. It also strengthens public revenue collection for the Government of Dubai while improving the overall payment experience for RTA services.
RTA initially partnered with Tabby last year, but the payment option was limited to smart kiosks. The latest expansion ensures that users can now enjoy flexible, hassle-free payments across all RTA digital platforms.
