ServiceNow, the AI platform for business transformation, has announced a multi-year agreement with ejada Systems and Al Rajhi Bank, one of the world’s largest banks. The collaboration aims to transform the Bank’s operations and enhance efficiency through the ServiceNow AI Platform.

According to the announcement, Al Rajhi Bank will use the ServiceNow AI Platform to automate workflows and improve customer and employee experiences across HR, IT, and Financial Services. Ejada Systems, a Consulting and Implementation partner of ServiceNow, will manage the deployment and integration of the platform across the Bank’s operations.

The agreement is among the largest digital transformation projects in the region. It reinforces ServiceNow’s growing presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The platform will help Al Rajhi Bank unify its systems into a single intelligent layer, driving operational efficiency and supporting its long-term growth goals.

Mr. Mohammed Hassoobh, Acting CEO of ejada Systems, said the company is proud to partner with Al Rajhi Bank in its end-to-end digital transformation journey powered by ServiceNow. He added that the initiative unifies IT service management, AIOps, and business operations into one intelligent AI-driven system.

He noted that this transformation will enhance employee experiences, accelerate business agility, and embed AI across workflows for smarter decision-making. By leveraging automation and AI, the project aims to reshape how services are delivered and managed in the banking sector.

He added that ServiceNow worked closely with ejada Systems to ensure the platform supports the Bank’s digital journey.

Mashat stated that this collaboration aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and highlights ServiceNow’s commitment to advancing the Kingdom’s digital-first strategy.

The AI Platform is designed to meet the complexity of one of Saudi Arabia’s largest enterprises. It will replace legacy systems, streamline operations, and enable real-time decision-making.
