ServiceNow, a digital workflow company, officially opened its new regional headquarters for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This expansion signifies ServiceNow’s growing dedication to the Kingdom, building upon its existing success and regional development.

The inauguration ceremony, held at the new Pleasant Valley office, was graced by the presence of H.E. Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Engineer Haitham Al-Ohali. “We welcome ServiceNow as a key member of the KSA tech sector,” said Al-Ohali, “and look forward to their contributions in driving digital innovation, fostering local talent, and generating a positive impact across the Kingdom.”

This new office strengthens ServiceNow’s commitment to Saudi Arabia, following the company’s earlier announcement to invest in regional business and government transformation, job creation, and digital skills development. By attracting and developing local talent, ServiceNow aligns with the Kingdom’s vision of empowering its youth with the skills required to flourish in the digital economy. The company already boasts prominent clients within the Kingdom, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD).
