ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), the AI platform for business transformation, announced its largest presence yet at GITEX Global 2025. The company revealed it will showcase AI capabilities that help enterprises scale intelligence, data, and workflow automation across businesses.

The announcement comes as ServiceNow strengthens its impact in the UAE and the wider region. It has deepened strategic engagements with government entities, partners, and enterprises in energy, banking, utilities, and telecommunications. With the ServiceNow UAE Cloud hosted on Microsoft Azure, organizations can deploy AI and automation while complying with critical data residency regulations.

William O’Neill, Area Vice President & General Manager, GCC at ServiceNow, said, “GITEX reflects the region’s ambition to lead in digital innovation. We help organizations simplify how they work with AI and automate repetitive tasks, allowing people to focus on what matters most.”

ServiceNow will highlight innovations from its Zurich platform release, including easy-to-use tools to build apps, automate everyday tasks, and protect sensitive data. Features such as Vault Console and Machine Identity Console support data privacy and secure system connections. According to the ServiceNow Enterprise AI Maturity Index 2025, 49% of UAE enterprises have launched over 100 AI use cases, showing a shift from experimentation to full-scale AI execution.

Harish Dunakhe, Senior Research Director at IDC, noted, “AI will free people from mundane work. Around 42% of UAE organizations believe AI can automate document extraction and data entry. About 35% say AI agents can drive innovation, accelerate growth, and enhance competitiveness.”

ServiceNow’s regional partners, including Advanced Solutions, DXC, Emircom, KPMG, LTI, Quintica, and RAQMEA, will also participate at GITEX to showcase successful implementations and innovations. Saki Missaikos, CEO of Quintica, added, “ServiceNow is more than a technology provider—it drives measurable impact for customers across the region.”
