SolarWinds, a provider of secure observability and IT management software, announced its participation at GITEX Global 2025, with a strong focus on AI automation. The event will take place from October 13 to 17 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

The company revealed that this year marks one of its largest presences at the exhibition. It follows significant AI automation advancements, the acquisition of incident response provider Squadcast, and strong regional growth.

At Hall 8, Stand C15, SolarWinds will exhibit alongside partners Delta Line International, Clever Solutions, and Softech Systems. The company reported that it will demonstrate observability, incident response, service management, and AI automation solutions designed to help IT teams detect, resolve, and prevent issues faster.

At the center of the showcase is the SolarWinds® Platform, which unifies observability, IT service management, database performance, security, and automation. Available as SaaS or self-hosted, the platform is enhanced with AI for IT operations (AIOps) and automated incident response. These solutions help IT teams shift from reactive firefighting to proactive management while improving security and uptime across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Laurent Delattre, vice president of EMEA sales at SolarWinds, said the company’s executive team will attend GITEX Global 2025 to showcase flexible observability and ITSM solutions. He revealed that the company is also deepening partnerships with regional resellers and distributors to support customers on their cloud journeys.

SolarWinds highlights at GITEX Global 2025 include:
• Daily live demos of observability and ITSM with AI-powered incident detection, intelligent alerting, and full-stack visibility.
• Partner showcases with dedicated pods featuring joint use cases and success stories.
• A Tech Talk session on October 14 by Eric Bauer, vice president of solutions engineering and enablement, titled “From Insight to Action: AI in Observability and the Future of IT Resilience.”

The senior SolarWinds delegation at GITEX Global 2025 will include Laurent Delattre, Cullen Childress, and leaders from engineering and channel teams. Their participation underscores the company’s focus on AI automation and its commitment to customers and partners in the Middle East.
