Tenable® Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TENB) announced the general availability of Tenable One AI Exposure, expanding its exposure management platform. The platform unifies AI protection, discovery, and usage governance across enterprises, including SaaS platforms, cloud services, APIs, and agents.

AI is now deeply integrated across organizations, creating an “AI Exposure Gap,” a form of risk that is often invisible. Many security teams lack visibility into where AI is used, which data it touches, or who has access. Tenable reported that its platform provides a unified approach to managing AI-related risks across applications, infrastructure, identities, agents, and data.

The company revealed that Tenable One continuously discovers AI throughout the enterprise, both on-premises and in the cloud, delivering a risk-aware view of where AI operates and where exposure is created. Enhanced capabilities include:

  • Continuous AI visibility across internal, cloud, and external environments
  • Contextualized exposure insights linking AI usage, data, and infrastructure
  • Actionable steps to reduce exposure, enforce policies, and support governance

Eric Doerr, Chief Product Officer at Tenable, stated that the platform brings AI exposure out of silos into a unified operational model for cyber risk. He added that this approach connects AI risk to broader business risk, enabling security teams to make informed, proactive decisions.

Gartner recently reported that Tenable achieved recognition for AI-powered exposure assessment in its AI Vendor Race report. Tenable was also mentioned in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Exposure Assessment Platforms, highlighting its capabilities in vulnerability assessment, attack surface discovery, and AI support.
