Concurrently, the company has relocated its Dubai office to accommodate the sustained expansion in the region.
Known as DBXC, the newly established experience center and office strategically occupy One Central in the Dubai World Trade Centre. This facility showcases cutting-edge solutions from Genetec and its extensive network of leading technology partners. Positioned as a central hub, DBXC will cater to Genetec partners and customers from the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region.
At the heart of the facility is the Technology Center, functioning as a fully operational Security Operation Center (SOC). This on-site feature enables customers and partners across the META region to witness firsthand how Genetec solutions can significantly enhance their security and operational capabilities. Additionally, the facility houses a training center, a contemporary workspace designed for the rapidly expanding Genetec META team, and partner meeting areas to foster collaboration, education, and innovation.

The Dubai Experience Center marks the latest addition to Genetec’s existing network of experience centers located in Montreal, Paris, London, Singapore, Mexico City, and Washington D.C.
