Infoblox Inc. unleashes Infoblox Big Switch Off Challenge , as part of its greater commitment to Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) . Employees worldwide are invited to turn off all electronics for one hour on Tuesday, November 30 as part of Infoblox’s Global Giving Tuesday efforts (from noon to 1 pm in their local time zone).
Bloxers (as employees are known) get together for 24 hours throughout the world to raise awareness about global greenhouse gas emissions and strategies to reduce our carbon impact.
“ESG is a business priority at Infoblox and is a critical part of our ethos, being a company that is kind,” said Zafar Brooks, Global Leader of Diversity and Inclusion at Infoblox.
He added, “The Big Switch Off Challenge is a fun yet practical way for our global workforce to come together and raise awareness about the impact of climate change. We invite everyone to join us in this small gesture to help create a kinder environment.”
Kind is a global CSR effort started by Infoblox to do good in the areas where its people work and live. Infoblox contributes to improving the state of the world for humanity through Kind. The curriculum emphasizes addressing climate change and reducing our carbon footprint.
