The two organizations will collaborate on various strategic initiatives, capitalizing on their respective strengths to promote innovation, data utilization, and capacity enhancement. They intend to foster digital transformation through the establishment of a Governed Innovation Hub, spearheaded by a team of seasoned professionals from both entities. The Innovation Hub will concentrate on developing advanced applications to drive automation, elevate customer experiences, and provide intelligent solutions for shopping malls. These applications will harness Microsoft’s Azure data analytics and AI capabilities, facilitating a deeper understanding of customers, operational optimization, and the creation of a more seamless and personalized shopping experience for Majid Al Futtaim.
