Walid Gomaa has been appointed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Omnix International. As he transitions into his new job, he will continue to drive the company toward competencies that will strengthen its strategic goals. He formerly served as the company’s Vice President of Solutions and Customer Success.

Walid has been crucial in expanding Omnix’s market coverage by redefining the organization’s go-to-market and route-to-market strategies to improve interaction with customers and vendors. He has also contributed to the company’s ability to provide cutting-edge consumer solutions. Walid will continue to promote end-to-end accountability and manage Omnix teams to outperform customers’ expectations.
Walid is an experienced information technology professional with over 33 years of experience. His background includes infrastructure, middleware, application development, data management, enterprise content management, application modernization, and cloud computing. He has previously worked with IBM, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, EMC, Gulf Business Machines, Huawei Enterprise, Oracle, and Hitachi Vantara, as well as other top worldwide and regional IT firms.
