New members surge by 69% at Dubai Chamber of Commerce
Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of three chambers operating under Dubai Chambers, has revealed that over 27,100 companies joined as new members in the first eight months of 2022, representing a 69% year-over-year (y-o-y) increase and bringing total membership to over 314,000. Between January and August 2022, member exports and re-exports increased by more than 20% year on year, totaling AED 177 billion.

Dubai Chamber and Hamburg Chamber sign MoU to renew strategic partnership
The two chambers agreed to expand their cooperation, share knowledge, and best practices on membership-related services through institutional exchange, including exchange and cooperation in other countries where the organizations have a presence, under the terms of agreement. The chambers will collaborate on future initiatives, develop cross-regional collaboration in the healthcare sector, and co-host meetings between companies from both nations.
