Palo Alto Networks announced significant enhancements to its Technology Partner Program in order to help organizations more comprehensively address their cybersecurity challenges. These enhancements will provide organizations with a wider range of security solutions and services and the assurance of working with a trusted network of cybersecurity partners.

“The Palo Alto Networks Technology Partner Program puts the customer front and center by providing them with an ecosystem of vetted solutions that are integrated with other critical technologies,” said Maureen Little, Vice President, Technology Partners, Okta.

He added, “We’re pleased with the enhancements to the program. The updates will enable partners to streamline new integrations and make it easier to collaborate.”

Organizations are now recognizing the security risk that comes with digital transformation‘s operational advantages and benefits. An enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy that is significantly more comprehensive than previous cybersecurity regulations is required to address this risk. Their cybersecurity demands are increasing to safeguard today’s company, from implementing a Zero Trust architecture to identity and access management, data and privacy protection, attack detection and response, and securing cloud environments.

Our clients rely on us to guide them through the increasingly crowded security solution environment, and they should be confident in selecting an ecosystem of technology partners to help them detect, deter, and protect against the next cyber threat. Our Technology Partner Program has been enhanced to better equip our technology partners and provide clients the confidence to choose from an ecosystem of security partners committed to seamless integration and comprehensive security solutions to combat cyber threats today and in the future.

Palo Alto Networks’ Technology Partner Program is one of the most comprehensive security systems and ecosystems, with over 900 active integrations spanning network and cloud security, as well as security operations. Integrations from the Cortex XSOAR Marketplace are included in this. The program creates an open ecosystem for seamless interoperability that provides consumers with the security and reliability they require.

The program’s latest additions include a streamlined support structure as well as new resources and capabilities to assist partners in driving Palo Alto Networks’ adoption and integration into clients’ environments.

• Improved Automation: Processes for integration development, flexible learning, and automated validation and qualification.

• Programmatic Engagement: Encouraging ongoing innovation, flexible learning, and assistance for go-to-market (GTM).

• Partner Portal: A new portal featuring a self-guided approach to managing partnerships, a shortened application process, an intuitive onboarding experience, and real-time integration status updates was introduced in August.

• Strategic Tiering: Palo Alto Networks will empower partners to grow and extend their companies through a new four-tiered program structure consisting of Elite, Premier, Select, and Self-Service partners.

The tiering system is the most noticeable improvement in the application. Partners are chosen and invited to join at the Elite, Premier, and Select tiers, gaining access to development tools, GTM resources, certifications, training, and technical support. Market research and assessment and whether the technology is complementary to Palo Alto Networks’ range of products and a product management board review for final evaluation are used to make the decision. As Palo Alto Networks’ business grows, the Self-Service layer provides a method for emerging security partners to engage with the company. Customer satisfaction, innovation, and expansion are all important factors in the success of a partner program.

Palo Alto Networks is committed to empowering modern organizations, regardless of how the business or threat landscape changes, by providing our partners and customers with the tools, technology, and services necessary to maintain global communities safe and secure. Organizations all across the world know they can rely on us because of our trusted partner network well-equipped to face the ever-evolving cyber threat landscape.
