PNY Technologies has added the XLR8 Gaming REV RGB DDR4 overclocked desktop memory to its extensive XLR8 line of PC memory for gaming computers. The new series will be available at 3,200Mhz and 3,600Mhz frequency speeds, with aggressive overclocking and select top-tier chips for ever higher levels of reliability and performance.
The XLR8 Gaming REV memory series is made up of carefully selected and qualified modules that use chips from top-tier suppliers such as Micron®, Samsung®, and SK Hynix®. These premium chips provide incredible performance and stable overclocked performance for even the most ardent enthusiast. The REV models, like the other XLR8 Gaming series memory, will come with preconfigured XMP 2.0 profiles for automatic and consistent overclocking.
These new modules, which feature ICs from top-tier suppliers and are housed in a geometric aluminum heat spreader for enhanced thermal performance, are designed to deliver extreme performance. The long-lasting aluminum heat spreader protects the modules’ sensitive components during installation and aids in heat dissipation during gaming, video editing, and other memory-intensive tasks.
The XLR8 Gaming REV RGB series DDR4 modules have customisable RGB illumination and a gloss finish on the faceted side panels to reflect both the ambient lighting in the case and the lighting from the module’s spine, giving any system an aggressive look and stylish flair. Users can configure the lighting on the modules using their preferred mother-board RGB control software from major motherboard manufacturers, as the modules are compatible with and ready-to-sync with Asus AURA SYNC™, Gigabyte RGB FUSION 2.0, MSI Mystic Light Sync, and ASRock Polychrome SYNC1.
