As Saudi Arabia’s premier airline, Riyadh Air will collaborate with a wide array of travel partners locally and internationally, enabling guests to seamlessly manage their entire travel journey through its digital platforms. IBM Consulting will serve as the lead systems integrator, leveraging Adobe’s Experience Cloud technologies to craft tailored and unified travel experiences for Riyadh Air passengers.
Scheduled to commence operations in 2025, Riyadh Air seeks to connect the Kingdom with over 100 global destinations, aligning with the National Aviation Strategy and National Tourism Strategy objectives to attract 330 million visitors annually to Saudi Arabia by 2030.

Through the collaboration with Adobe, Riyadh Air aims to deliver unparalleled personalized experiences across every stage of the journey, from trip planning to boarding and arrival at destinations worldwide.
Anil Chakravarthy, President of Adobe’s Digital Experience Business, highlighted Riyadh Air’s potential to redefine digital experiences in air travel. Leveraging Adobe’s Experience Cloud and generative AI, Riyadh Air aims to set new benchmarks for customer engagement in the travel sector.
Riyadh Air will utilize Adobe technology to provide seamless end-to-end travel experiences for guests traveling to and from Saudi Arabia, both internationally and domestically. Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP) will be instrumental in delivering highly personalized experiences while safeguarding customer privacy and consent. Riyadh Air will leverage Adobe’s suite of applications, including Adobe Sensei GenAI, to deliver personalized campaigns at scale, ensuring real-time interactions tailored to each traveler’s preferences.
Furthermore, Riyadh Air is committed to upholding global sustainability and safety standards across its modern fleet of aircraft, equipped with cutting-edge technology. The airline’s operations are projected to contribute significantly to Saudi Arabia’s non-oil GDP growth, while generating over 200,000 direct and indirect job opportunities worldwide.
