ServiceNow appoints new president of EMEA

The executive team at ServiceNow has announced senior promotions. Ulrik Nehammer, a former Salesforce and Coca-Cola executive, will join ServiceNow as the new president of EMEA on February 1, 2022. (Europe, Middle East, and Africa).

Nehammer comes to ServiceNow from Salesforce, where he was most recently the CEO of APAC. He began working for Salesforce in 2017 as a Strategic Customer Advisor.

Nehammer was the Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola Germany before joining Salesforce. He joined Coca-Cola in 1992 and has worked in various management positions in the company and bottling operations while residing in seven different countries across Europe and Asia.

Paul Smith, the former president of EMEA, has been appointed to chief commercial officer. Paul will be responsible for all aspects of global sales, including sales enablement, value management, and global sales operations. Smith joined ServiceNow in July 2020 after holding high positions at Salesforce and Microsoft, and he quickly rose through the ranks to become a sales leader with extensive geographic knowledge and clout.
