ServiceNow to Boost Presence in KSA with New Headquarters and Data Centers

At the LEAP 2024 conference, ServiceNow, a digital workflow company, announced its significant expansion plans in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The company unveiled intentions to establish regional headquarters for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) in Riyadh and launch two dedicated data centers within the kingdom to bolster its cloud platform.

The commitment to invest in innovation in Saudi Arabia encompasses a $500 million investment aimed at fostering business and government transformation, job creation, and digital skills development. ServiceNow’s decision to deepen its roots in the kingdom reflects its recognition of the burgeoning potential of the Saudi Arabian market.

H.E. Khalid Al-Falih, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Investment, hailed ServiceNow’s investment as pivotal in driving the kingdom’s economic transformation through technological innovation. The move is aligned with the Saudi Vision 2030, a strategic framework aimed at diversifying the country’s economy and reducing its dependency on oil.

Moreover, partnerships with The Garage and Saudi Digital Academy underscore ServiceNow’s commitment to nurturing local talent and fostering entrepreneurship in Saudi Arabia. The collaboration will establish ServiceNow Academy, a pioneering initiative tailored to train thousands of Saudis, particularly youth, in digital skills essential for thriving in the modern economy.

ServiceNow’s cloud solution is poised to play a crucial role in advancing various sectors within Saudi Arabia, including healthcare, education, and workforce development.
