UAE fans attended the first offline ‘Beat the Heat’ event for PUBG Mobile to enjoy interactive entertainment and demonstrate their gaming abilities.
Leading players and gaming influencers from across the UAE gathered on the 27th of August for an informal get-together to beat the summer heat, discuss PUBG MOBILE updates, and get an exclusive viewing of an upcoming episode of the ‘Crew Unknown’ miniseries, starring Mohamed Henedy, Mohamed Tharwat, Mirna Jamil, and Otaka.
The PUBG MOBILE Beat the Heat event began with an introduction from host BasharKKK and caster DevilGTV, who provided a tournament summary that described three games on the Livik map, with cash awards of $300, $200, and $100 S for first, second, and third place, respectively.
The tournament was played over three rounds, with the winners calculated by total points accumulated across all matches.
The event was concluded up with a series of interview sessions with the winners and players to collect their unique UX feedback on how to best maximise their in-game experience, which was transmitted to the game developers as part of PUBG MOBILE’s attempts to improve the quality of the player’s experience.
