Acer has announced improvements to its projector and monitor lines, giving gamers and home entertainment lovers more alternatives. The new 4K laser projector provides great performance and low energy consumption to the mass market. There are also two new monitors, one with a WQHD IPS display for prosumers who work and play at home, and the other with a WQHD 300 Hz panel for gamers.

He added, “People who do their work on notebook computers are investing in monitors, and more families are exploring home cinema technology. We’re doing our best to respond flexibly and meet that new demand.”
The Acer L811 is an ultra-short-throw laser projector with HDR10 compatibility and 3,000 lumens of brightness for a fantastic home-theater experience. The technology, which can project a 120-inch image from a distance of only 0.312 meters (1.02 feet), overcomes space constraints by allowing a large screen to be put into a tiny space. The great image quality is further boosted with a 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio, which allows for deep blacks, and Acer LumiSense technology, which analyses content frame by frame and dynamically changes brightness levels to deliver the best possible image quality. 3D Blu-ray can also be used to project content in 3D at 144 Hz 24P.
The projector comes with an app store that allows users to access a range of streaming services, social media sites, and more right out of the box, with no need for wires. Users can also replicate content wirelessly via Miracast on Android or Windows devices or EShare on iOS or Android devices. Low input latency, a 240 Hz at 1080p option, and two built-in 10W speakers with Acer TrueHarmonyTM technology improve video and audio quality, while Acer’s EcoProjection technology decreases standby power usage by up to 66 percent, extending the laser’s lifespan to 30,000 hours. The projector also offers continuous presentation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, giving consumers access to detailed information.
The L811 is an extremely durable projector that ensures consistent performance even in dusty or outdoor conditions, thanks to its IP6X “dust-tight” certification, the highest grade attainable for solid particles. Users can then change keystones and each of the projection’s four corners to fit their own living space and accommodate existing mounts or wall space.
The Nitro XV272U KF is a 27-inch WQHD monitor with a 300 Hz refresh rate for silky smooth images. AMD FreeSyncTM Premium Technology improves visual performance by matching the display’s refresh rate to that of the GPU, preventing choppy gameplay. Acer Black Boost technology makes it easier to pick out details such as hidden foes in darker areas, while a low 0.5 ms (G-to-G) response time further improves image quality by almost removing the blur of fast-moving objects on the screen to enable lightning-fast gameplay reflexes.
The VESA Display HDRTM 600-certified display uses 90 percent DCI-P3 color gamut coverage and a Delta E1 color accuracy grade to make games look more lifelike. Acer’s Agile-Splendor IPS panel offers great contrast and vivid colors even at wide viewing angles, while Acer Vision Care 3.0 technology includes many elements that may assist in minimising eye strain for a more comfortable viewing experience during extended use. Acer LightSense, for example, detects the amount of ambient light in a room and changes the display’s brightness accordingly, while Acer ColorSense adapts the display’s color temperature to that of the room. The monitor is also TÜV/Eyesafe certified.
The Nitro XV272U KF monitor is mounted on an Ergostand that allows users to adjust the tilt, height, swivel, and pivot to find the ideal viewing angle. It also comes with the Acer Display Widget. This utility allows gamers to modify color settings automatically and choose from 11 preset screen-snap configurations to make keeping many windows clean easier.
The Acer CB273U is a 27-inch WQHD (2560×1440) IPS monitor with vibrant 8-Bit colors, ideal for picture editing and design. HDR10 compatibility enables for deeper blacks and brighter whites, as well as color accuracy of Delta E1. AMD FreeSync smooths gameplay and reduces lag for almost blur-free visuals, which is further enhanced by a 1 ms Visual Response Boost for creators who enjoy playing games on the side (VRB).
