Shure has announced the appointment of Ekta Shetty as Senior Sales Director for Africa, the Middle East, India, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific.

Based in Dubai, Shetty will lead Sales Management, Market Development, Channel Marketing, and Customer Experience teams across Dubai, India, Singapore, and Australia. She will focus on driving growth, strengthening distribution and channel partnerships, and advancing Shure’s go-to-market and marketing initiatives in these key regions.

Shure reported that Ekta brings over 15 years of international leadership experience in the AV and Unified Communications industries. Before joining Shure, she worked at Barco, where she led Sales and Marketing across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. Her leadership was credited with optimizing channel programs, improving regional performance, and achieving consistent business growth.

The company stated that her appointment reinforces Shure’s commitment to strengthening its presence and accelerating growth across emerging markets, while expanding opportunities in the Collaboration and Conferencing sector.
