The Biwin CL100 Mini SSD is entering the market as a compact storage solution designed to address growing performance demands in AI processing, gaming, and content creation. Additionally, the company highlighted the SSD’s durability features. The drive carries an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance and can withstand drops from heights of up to three meters. These features are intended to provide added protection for data in demanding environments.

To complement the drive, BIWIN has introduced the RD510 Mini SSD Reader. Designed specifically for the CL100, the reader uses USB 4.0 connectivity and delivers read speeds of up to 3300 MB/s and write speeds of up to 3000 MB/s.

Furthermore, the RD510 ships with a USB 4.0 Type-C to Type-C cable and is designed to simplify access to data across multiple platforms. The reader supports laptops, desktops, gaming consoles, and mobile devices, enabling high-speed data transfers and storage expansion.

The RD510 features a slot-in card tray mechanism that resembles SIM card installation, allowing users to quickly insert and remove the Mini SSD. Compatibility extends across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, PlayStation 5, and other USB 4.0-enabled devices.

According to BIWIN, the combination of the CL100 and RD510 is designed to streamline workflows and improve data management. The solution targets a range of use cases, including gaming, high-definition video editing, and large-scale AI dataset management.
