Epicor has announced a major expansion of its Ascend with Epicor program. The program is designed to support organizations navigating cloud journeys through a structured methodology, business planning support, advanced AI tooling, and expert consulting guidance. In addition, the expanded offering introduces a 90-day go-live target for qualified ERP cloud implementations. This aims to accelerate time-to-value and improve business growth outcomes.

Furthermore, the program is leveraging new AI-driven capabilities to automate and speed up complex ERP delivery processes. As a result, customers are expected to move from decision-making to a working system in a shorter time frame, while minimizing disruption to daily operations.

“Innovation only creates value when customers can put it to work quickly inside their ERP systems,” said Vaibhav Vohra, President and Chief Product and Technology Officer at Epicor. “That’s why we are delivering industry first AI capabilities and applying AI across the implementation process. By working closely across our product and services teams, we’re reducing complexity, accelerating adoption, and enabling qualified ERP deployments in as little as 90 days, without compromising the security and rigor ERP demands.”

Moreover, Epicor is extending Ascend from a cloud migration program for existing customers into a broader framework. It now supports three key scenarios. These include new customers replacing legacy or non-Epicor ERP platforms, existing Epicor customers moving from on-premises systems to the cloud, and existing customers integrating acquisitions or new business units. In all cases, the goal remains consistent: reduce friction and accelerate time-to-value.

In addition, Ascend uses AI to audit customer environments, extract and structure data, and generate migration plans before implementation begins. This reduces manual discovery work and helps identify risks early. It also ensures data is optimized and usable within the new environment from the start.

Notably, initial results show implementation timelines reduced by up to 40 percent, with some deployments achieving even faster outcomes in specific scenarios. This level of acceleration is uncommon in traditional ERP implementation models.

Finally, Epicor positions Ascend as a key driver of its cloud strategy, combining AI, automation, and consulting expertise to reshape ERP delivery. The company aims to enable faster, more predictable deployments while maintaining enterprise-grade rigor and security standards.
