Veeam appoints Michelle Graff as Senior Vice President (SVP), Global Partners and Channel, to lead its worldwide partner ecosystem and accelerate customer success with secure, resilient, and trusted data for AI at scale.

The appointment, announced on July 10, 2026, places Graff in charge of Veeam’s global ecosystem, including channel partners, service providers, distributors, resellers, and strategic alliances. The company said the move will strengthen collaboration across its worldwide partner network and support future growth.

Graff brings more than 25 years of experience in building and scaling global partner, channel, and alliance organizations across data protection, cloud, and cybersecurity.

Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Global Partners and Channel Sales at Commvault. In that role, she led the company’s global partner strategy and ecosystem execution. She also oversaw partner sales across hyperscalers, managed service providers (MSPs), resellers, and alliances, while driving partner programs and long-term strategy.

According to Veeam, Veeam appoints Michelle Graff at a time when organizations are increasingly focusing on trusted data for AI adoption. The company cited research showing that 95 percent of organizations believe data challenges have slowed AI progress, creating opportunities for partners to help customers adopt AI securely and at scale.

“Partners are deeply rooted in the DNA of Veeam. In a world where 95% of organizations believe data challenges have slowed AI progress, there’s an incredible opportunity for Veeam partners to deliver tangible value to their customers helping them accelerate safe AI at scale,” said John Jester, Chief Revenue Officer at Veeam.

He added that Graff has a strong track record of building partner-first organizations and high-performance ecosystems. Jester said her leadership will help simplify partner engagement, increase co-sell velocity, and unlock new growth opportunities across Veeam’s global community of more than 35,000 partners.

In her new role, Graff will focus on creating greater value for partners through a unified ecosystem approach. This includes helping partners expand services and solution offerings, improving consistency across routes to market, and accelerating customer outcomes in data resilience, cyber readiness, and trusted data for AI across different environments.

The company said the strategy will also enable partners to help customers ensure AI data remains secure, compliant, recoverable, and trusted, allowing organizations to adopt AI with greater confidence.

“The convergence of AI, cybersecurity, and data resilience is one of the most significant shifts of our generation,” said Michelle Graff, Senior Vice President of Global Partners and Channel at Veeam.

She said organizations adopting AI and agentic workloads require trusted and resilient data as the foundation of a ResOps approach. According to Graff, this approach places resilience at the center of protecting, optimizing, and unlocking the value of enterprise data.

Graff added that Veeam’s global partner ecosystem is well positioned to help customers keep data secure, governed, compliant, and recoverable while accelerating safe AI adoption and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Before joining Commvault, Graff held leadership positions at Securiti AI. She also contributed to partner-led growth initiatives at HashiCorp, Pure Storage, and Palo Alto Networks, helping those companies expand their security, storage, and cloud partner ecosystems through periods of significant growth, including successful IPOs.

With Veeam appoints Michelle Graff, the company aims to further strengthen its global partner ecosystem and help organizations build trusted, resilient data foundations for AI adoption at scale.
