Ericsson will showcase its latest connectivity technologies at LEAP 2026, reaffirming its commitment to Saudi Arabia’s digital future and Vision 2030 ambitions.

The company will participate in LEAP for the fifth consecutive year. The event will take place from August 31 to September 3, 2026, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center, Malham.

Under the theme “Enter New Horizons,” Ericsson will present developments in 5G Advanced, AI-powered networks and mission-critical connectivity. It will also demonstrate how 5G Standalone, programmable networks and AI-driven automation can support new services and digital infrastructure across the Kingdom.

In addition, Ericsson will highlight use cases covering augmented reality, differentiated connectivity and mission-critical network scenarios. These demonstrations will show how advanced connectivity can help industries digitalise operations, improve efficiency and create new service opportunities.

Through collaboration with communication service providers, enterprises and public sector stakeholders, Ericsson continues to support Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation. The company said these efforts are aimed at enabling new digital services and strengthening advanced connectivity across the Kingdom.

Håkan Cervell, President of Ericsson Saudi Arabia, said LEAP provides an important platform to demonstrate how Ericsson’s innovations are supporting Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation. He highlighted the role of 5G, AI and programmable networks in strengthening digital infrastructure and supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 ambitions.

Meanwhile, Ericsson is marking 150 years of shaping communications. Its partnership with Saudi Arabia spans nearly five decades, covering the development of communications networks from early telecommunications infrastructure to 5G and advanced digital services.

Visitors can explore Ericsson’s technologies and demonstrations at Hall 1, Big Tech Zone, during LEAP 2026. The company’s participation will highlight how Saudi digital future is being shaped through advanced connectivity, AI and programmable networks.
