Oracle has announced Oracle Startup Growth Engine, a new component of its Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) program. It is designed for high-growth, venture-backed technology companies. The offering helps qualified partners develop, scale, and commercialize their solutions within Oracle’s global partner ecosystem.

Cormac Watters, executive vice president and general manager EMEA, Oracle, explained the thinking behind the move. “High-growth technology companies need more than great ideas – they need the infrastructure, expertise, and market access to turn innovation into commercial success,” he said. He added that the program brings these capabilities together to help innovators develop and scale their solutions, reach new customers, and turn innovation into measurable business results.

Publishing on Oracle Marketplace is one part of the offering. It helps participating companies bring their products and services to tens of thousands of Oracle customers around the world who are sourcing cloud and AI technologies. The marketplace also gives customers a single, trusted destination to discover, compare, and deploy third-party AI and cloud services.

Eligible companies can receive a no-cost one year membership in OPN. They can also get cloud credits, go-to-market support, and hands-on technical guidance. At certain OPN levels, they may also gain opportunities to engage with Oracle customers. The offering helps them develop, deploy, and market next-generation applications, including AI-powered solutions, on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). In turn, it supports scaling those solutions for enterprise use.

Participating companies can also combine their specialist solutions with Oracle’s broad industry solutions and business applications portfolio. As a result, they can help customers address sector-specific priorities.

Oracle Startup Growth Engine is designed to address common barriers to growth, including cost, complexity, and customer access. Qualified member companies can receive OCI cloud credits or funding for technical and business assessments. These help develop, train, and scale AI workloads, or conduct structured assessments on high-performance infrastructure, subject to eligibility and program terms. Members can also get practical technical support from Oracle engineers to design, implement, and optimize solutions on OCI.

In addition, members have the opportunity to publish solutions on Oracle Marketplace, subject to applicable requirements. This can expand market reach and support sales opportunities. They can also take part in marketing activities led by Oracle.

Beyond cloud credits, the program is built to support go-to-market and marketing efforts. It can help participants reduce the time required to deploy and scale AI workloads. It can also reduce infrastructure and migration costs, accelerate business sales cycles, and support expansion into new markets using Oracle’s marketing resources.

The Oracle PartnerNetwork program helps Oracle and its partners drive joint customer success and business momentum. The newly enhanced program offers several program pathways and a range of foundational benefits. These span training and enablement, go-to-market collaboration, technical accelerators, and success support. More details are available on the Oracle partner page.

Overall, Startup Growth Engine adds a structured route for venture-backed technology companies to build, deploy, and market solutions on OCI.
