Vertiv has completed its acquisition of King Environmental Services Ltd. (KES), expanding its fluid management services for data centers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

KES provides fluid management, commissioning and load-testing services for high-density, liquid-cooled data centers. The company is headquartered near Dublin, Ireland, and serves customers across the EMEA region. Vertiv said the financial terms were not disclosed and are not expected to be material to its financial results.

The acquisition extends Vertiv’s thermal management services into EMEA. It also builds on the company’s North American capabilities established through its 2025 acquisition of PurgeRite.

Vertiv said the combined capabilities will give customers a single partner for commissioning, testing, fluid management and ongoing operations. The services are intended to help improve cooling system performance through clean, balanced and validated fluid systems, support compliance with regional fluid handling, treatment and disposal requirements, and assess infrastructure readiness through thermal load testing.

“As computing density increases, the performance of cooling infrastructure depends not only on engineering and system design but on execution in the field,” said Giordano Albertazzi, Chief Executive Officer of Vertiv. He added that KES extends Vertiv’s fluid management expertise into EMEA as customers deploy increasingly complex infrastructure.
