We have been actively working with several public and private sector entities in Saudi Arabia and the larger region, such as with the Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture (MEWA), and several leading private entities such as Nova Water.
For MEWA we deployed AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, cut costs, and elevate service quality. This technological enhancement resulted in a significant improvement in hygiene levels, and also a 25% reduction in operational waste, thereby directly supporting Vision 2030’s sustainable growth objectives. Another significant example is our work with Nova Water. A transformation in digital strategies supported with AI capabilities, optimized supply chains, streamlined operations, and significantly boosted customer engagement. The initiative not only drove a revenue increase of over 35% but also dramatically improved customer satisfaction ratings, demonstrating a tangible impact of our AI solutions.

In various industries, our AI-driven solutions have delivered measurable results to businesses . For example, in logistics, our IoT tracking and analytics enable companies to optimize supply chains by providing real-time insights and predictive maintenance, reducing downtime and operational costs. In retail, our facial recognition technology has the ability to enhance customer personalization and security. Additionally, our digital process automation solutions streamline back-office operations in finance and related industries, resulting in faster transaction processing and a considerable reduction in errors. These numerous real-world applications demonstrate our commitment in delivering tangible improvements that drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
