The Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC) and Oracle have officially announced the launch of sAIdaty 2025, the second edition of a transformative training program designed to empower women professionals and entrepreneurs across Dubai and the UAE with Artificial Intelligence (AI) skills. Building on the success of the inaugural edition, which upskilled 500 UAE women, sAIdaty 2025 will focus on advanced AI applications, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation strategies.
The first edition of sAIdaty equipped participants with foundational AI skills, helping them integrate AI into their professional and entrepreneurial ventures. The new phase will further extend the program’s reach by offering deeper insights into cutting-edge AI technologies and leadership development.
Through expert-led workshops and training sessions delivered by Oracle, participants in the first edition explored the basics of cloud computing, AI, and generative AI, while also enhancing their strategic thinking and leadership abilities. This new phase will build on that success, offering specialized training on AI best practices and strategies for real-world deployment.
Nick Redshaw, Senior Vice President of Tech Cloud for Middle East and Africa, and UAE Country Leader at Oracle, commented, “sAIdaty has been met with tremendous response from UAE women entrepreneurs and professionals. In 2025, we aim to expand the program’s reach and continue supporting the UAE’s vision of becoming a global leader in AI.”
Nadin Halabi, Head of Business Development and Operations at DBWC, added, “Our mission is to empower women not just with knowledge but with the tools to lead in a fast-evolving world. The success of sAIdaty demonstrates the power of collaboration. Through this partnership with Oracle, we’re helping women unlock their potential and thrive in the digital age, in line with the UAE’s AI-driven future.”
‘sAIdaty 2025′ will target a new cohort of women professionals and entrepreneurs, offering them advanced AI training modules from Oracle experts. With the continued support of DBWC, this initiative underscores both organizations’ commitment to advancing inclusivity and skill development in the UAE.
