Dell Technologies, Aramco, and the National IT Academy (NITA) have celebrated the graduation of talented Saudi students from the 18-week “ITXcelerate” program. These students earned globally recognized Dell Proven Professional Certifications in Information & Storage Management and Data Science & Big Data Analytics, equipping them with advanced technical expertise and positioning them as future leaders in the tech industry.

The graduates also gained valuable real-world experience through on-site job shadowing at Dell Technologies’ Riyadh premises and addressed industry challenges through a collaborative Dell-Aramco use case project.

This year’s use case projects were divided into four focus areas:

  1. Multi-Cloud & Deployment:
Aimed at modernizing Aramco’s data centers by integrating multi-cloud environments and leveraging advanced technologies like AI. This approach enhances scalability, flexibility, and innovation in IT infrastructure, aligning with global best practices.
  2. Cybersecurity:
Focused on safeguarding Aramco’s data and operations by implementing advanced cybersecurity solutions from Dell Technologies. This initiative bolstered defenses against evolving cyber threats, ensuring robust data protection and operational resilience.
  3. HPC/AI:
Utilized high-performance computing (HPC) and AI to transform seismic data analysis, improving speed, accuracy, and efficiency. This supported better decision-making in exploration and production while optimizing costs.
  4. Data Lakehouse:
Tackled data management challenges by developing a unified architecture that combines the benefits of data lakes and warehouses. This streamlined data storage, retrieval, and analysis, accelerating decision-making and supporting future growth.

Dell Technologies, Aramco, and NITA reaffirmed their commitment to nurturing local talent and fostering a technology-driven ecosystem aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, emphasizing economic diversification and digital transformation.

The success of the “ITXcelerate” program highlights its role in bridging the gap between academic learning and professional readiness, empowering Saudi youth to drive the Kingdom’s digital economy forward.

The graduation ceremony, attended by students, families, and officials from Dell Technologies, Aramco, and NITA, marked a milestone in fostering innovation and preparing the next generation of tech leaders in Saudi Arabia.
