Dubai Chambers has launched specialised training tracks to equip businesses with Agentic AI skills. The initiative targets more than 14,000 member companies under Business Groups and Business Councils. It forms part of a broader programme to transition Dubai’s private sector towards Agentic AI.

The training will be delivered through Dubai Chambers Academy. This is a new integrated e-learning platform offering specialised training tracks, along with other programmes. Notably, the Academy was launched in the presence of Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, and 90 chairpersons of Business Groups and Business Councils.

Speaking at the launch, Al Mansoori said the programme reflects Dubai’s commitment to advancing its leadership’s vision. He noted that it aims to prepare the business community to adopt advanced technologies effectively. As a result, this will strengthen companies’ competitiveness and their ability to innovate and grow.

Furthermore, he explained that Agentic AI is opening new possibilities for how companies operate. It can help manage complex tasks, enable better decision-making, and enhance productivity. In addition, it creates new opportunities for growth. Through these training tracks, Dubai Chambers aims to equip the private sector with the capabilities needed to translate the technology’s potential into practical applications.

He also noted that the training tracks will help companies build a strong foundation in this area. They will identify practical applications across their businesses and develop capabilities to prepare for its growing role in the future of business.

The training tracks focus on practical guidance for applying Agentic AI in a business setting. Participants will explore the latest tools and solutions. Meanwhile, they will learn how these can improve operations, efficiency, productivity, and decision-making. The tracks also examine practical approaches to adoption, so companies can turn potential into real solutions that support growth and innovation.

These training tracks are part of a wider programme to transition Dubai’s private sector towards this technology. Other initiatives include establishing incubators for AI companies, supporting firms specialising in development and deployment, and promoting knowledge-sharing within Dubai Chambers. Together, these efforts aim to strengthen private sector competitiveness and reinforce Dubai’s leadership in adopting future technologies.

The launch follows the formation of the Executive Committee for Agentic AI by Dubai Chambers. This committee was established to accelerate adoption across the private sector, prepare businesses for global technological shifts, and help companies benefit from advanced AI solutions. It also reinforces Dubai’s position as a global hub for the digital economy and future industries.

Additionally, Business Groups and Business Councils play an important role in supporting Dubai’s commercial and economic growth. They ensure different sectors are represented and provide a platform for dialogue between the business community and government entities. They also contribute to efforts that enhance the business environment and promote sustainable growth in the emirate, reinforcing Dubai’s broader push toward Agentic AI adoption.
