e& Carrier & Wholesale Services (C&WS), the international wholesale arm of global technology group e&, has officially launched e& Wholesale Americas, its U.S.-based entity. The new office is located in Coconut Grove, Miami.

The launch event was attended by dignitaries from the UAE Embassy in the U.S., along with global industry leaders and partners. This opening is a key milestone in C&WS’s strategy to grow in the Americas.

Miami is the latest addition to C&WS’s global footprint, which already includes hubs in London and Singapore. With this expansion, e& Carrier & Wholesale Services aims to offer advanced voice, data, roaming, mobility, and connectivity solutions to partners across North and Latin America.

Nabil Baccouche, Group Chief Carrier & Wholesale Officer, e&, stated that Miami’s growing tech ecosystem makes it an ideal location. He added that the launch supports e&’s 2030 vision and further strengthens its role in digital infrastructure.

Pablo Mlikota, Senior Vice President International, will lead e& Wholesale Americas. He brings deep experience in launching international operations and managing multicultural teams.

According to Mlikota, the new entity will:

• Serve demand from telcos, enterprises, hyperscalers, and AI companies
• Combine C&WS’s global expertise with local market knowledge
• Offer AI- and automation-driven solutions to enable faster growth
• Support e& operating companies with cost-efficient access to new markets

This expansion builds on C&WS’s record of growth across global markets. The new Miami hub will be followed by a second expansion in Johannesburg, South Africa. These developments reinforce e& Carrier & Wholesale Services’ goal of supporting partners across 38 countries.

The company remains committed to enabling seamless, intelligent global connectivity while staying aligned with future market needs.
