Exclusive Networks has launched a dedicated business to serve and support ServiceNow partners across the wider ServiceNow ecosystem.

The new business is operational from today. It creates a dedicated cybersecurity go to market capability for partners. It will support partners across Europe and the Middle East.

Exclusive Networks announced a strategic agreement with ServiceNow in July. Since then, it has moved quickly to turn that agreement into a go to market ready business. The business brings together the ServiceNow AI Platform and Exclusive Networks’ global cybersecurity expertise. It also draws on the company’s specialist vendor ecosystem, partner reach and execution capabilities.

In addition, the company has invested in specialist people, partner support and customer success capabilities. These will support partners from launch and throughout the customer lifecycle. Support covers the full ServiceNow AI Platform.

Meanwhile, AI is transforming cybersecurity on both sides of the threat landscape. Organisations are adopting more connected technologies, cloud services and AI powered systems. As a result, their attack surface is expanding faster than fragmented tools and teams can manage.

Exclusive Networks is ready to support existing ServiceNow partners as they expand their cybersecurity capabilities. It will also help Exclusive Networks partners build propositions. These propositions connect specialist cybersecurity technologies with the ServiceNow AI Control Tower.

This gives ServiceNow partners a clearer route to help customers prioritise risk. It also helps them coordinate remediation and turn security insight into action. Furthermore, partners can move beyond individual technology deployments. They can address how security workflows support customers’ wider operational and business priorities.

The go to market capability combines Exclusive Networks’ global scale and cybersecurity ecosystem. It also offers specialist support shaped around the needs of partners in local markets across Europe and the Middle East.

Claudette Atkinson, Global General Manager, ServiceNow at Exclusive Networks, said, “We have moved from agreement to execution at pace. In a matter of months, we have built a dedicated business that is operational, and ready to support partners across Europe and the Middle East focused firmly on the cybersecurity opportunity.”

She added, “This is a clear investment in the ServiceNow ecosystem and in the specialist capability partners need to grow within it. By bringing the ServiceNow AI Platform together with our cybersecurity expertise, vendor ecosystem and local market knowledge, we can help partners connect security insight with the people, processes and workflows required to act.”

Michael Park, SVP of Global Partnerships and Channels at ServiceNow, also commented. He said, “Security is where AI gets real. Customers don’t need another tool, they need to know what’s running in their enterprise, whether it’s secure, and how to act on it fast. Exclusive Networks moved from agreement to a live business in a matter of months, exactly the speed the market is demanding right now.”

He continued, “With the ServiceNow AI Control Tower, partners can govern and secure any AI, any model, and any stack. Exclusive Networks brings the specialist security ecosystem and local market reach to put those capabilities to work for customers across Europe and the Middle East. This is co-innovation turning into customer value.”

Finally, the business is available now and will continue to scale. Exclusive Networks is growing its specialist team in Ireland. A new office is scheduled to open in Q4 2026. Atkinson said, “Our ambition is to help partners move from product delivery towards outcome delivery. That means supporting them beyond the initial technology deployment, staying engaged throughout the customer lifecycle and helping turn adoption into long term customer value.” With this launch, ServiceNow partners gain a dedicated route to grow in cybersecurity.
