This strategic partnership will see GBM oversee IT infrastructure and end-user managed services for Landmark Leisure, Fitness First, and Foodmark in Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and the UAE.
By outsourcing IT infrastructure management to GBM, Landmark Hospitality aims to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and focus on business growth. The partnership will leverage GBM’s expertise in proactive monitoring, automation, and process optimization, ensuring seamless IT operations aligned with industry best practices.
The agreement guarantees SLA-based services and IT Service Management tools following the ITIL framework, offering Landmark Hospitality greater control, visibility, and agility in IT operations.
